HENAN XINFEI – NEW PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION  OF  "LARGE SIZE" REFRIGERATOR DOORS

Leading Asiatic supplier of refrigerators Henan Xinfei has recently invested in one new OMS plant for the production of special “large size” refrigerators doors.

OMS Group have supplied a state-of-the-art “PENTA 100/50” foaming machine with one vertical style carousel “ROTARY WHEEL” at 8 fixtures.

 

In particular the plant is composed of No 8 doors foaming fixtures having useful dimensions of 2500x1100mm with parallel stroke of 40mm and 300mm day-light, “Open pour” foaming cycle for 3 doors on each fixture and automatic unloading of the foamed doors.

The carousel rotation is made by a brushless motor with rack and pinions which allow to turn the carousel at high speed without vibration, with absolute accuracy and most of all under safety condition.

The automatic door unloading cycle is made by a motorized carriage equipped with vacuum cups which provides the unloading of the foamed doors on a lateral conveyor.

 

Thanks to the new innovative drive system and to the automatic doors unloading carriage, the total cycle time is made in less than 50 seconds.

 

All the line is controlled by a Siemens PLC with operator interface so that all process parameters are easily entered and modified through the operator having a total control of the plant.

Obviously the plant is working with pentane, so dedicated local suction system ensures high technology and environmentally friendly production.
