IMPIANTI OMS S.p.A.

 

June 2006 saw the inauguration of the new OMS continuous plant supplied to Europan srl, Figline Vegliaturo, Consenza ( Italy ).

Following a previous investment some years ago which the company describes as being “ not quite right”, Europan decided to invest with the acknowledged experts in their field and that lead them directly to OMS Group.

The new plant comprises :

 

- 22.5 metre double belt conveyor capable of producing at up to 20 m/min

- double flexible substrate decoilers with alignment and tension control and auto splicing

- thermoregulated pouring plane with gas detectors and double electric pouring traverse

- self cleaning Y2K-10 series mixing heads with self modulating nozzles in closed loop

- 8 component high pressure metering unit, including our Ecofiller dosing unit for solid flame retardants with mass flow meters and closed loop control for each

 metering line

- cut to length and side profiling machinery

 

Following the line’s installation by OMS Group, Euro.Pan have not only put their product quality right at the head of this market sector but have considerably improved productivity and efficiency.
